This is what WE mean when we think of POLICE……II

We’ll say it again….we know lots of people do not have a warm spot in their hearts when we say POLICE.

I have even coined the term “Cop Sweat” from my personal experiences with my local friendly neighborhood law enforcement officers, so I get it. But really, this is what WE mean when we say POLICE:

We sincerely mean it when we say that we are “Protecting your wireless Rights: Right Plan. Right Price. Right Result”. The men and women of the Boston and surrounding area Police made us proud to say we are kindred souls. Someday, maybe we’ll be treated to a reception like this one 🙂

Verizon Announces New Share Everything Plans for Business

Make sure to check out the announcement on Verizon’s Share Everything Plan for Business.

This plan, like the Share Everything Plan (the start of shared data plans), has a primary line charge and then each other device has its own charge depending on how much data you want to share within the group.

The plans are below, but there are a few conditions:
1. A maximum of 25 devices are permitted on one plan. Over 25 starts a new plan.
2. Text, picture, and video messages are unlimited
3. Voice minutes are unlimited
4. Data usage is LIMITED per the selected rate plan
5. Tablets are $10 per device
6. Notebooks and Aircards are $20 per device
7. Smartphones are an additional $40 per device

Make sure to take a look at your existing plans if you have 25 or less devices OR if you think you might be able to group your devices in a more cost effective way.

A Case Study on Wireless Savings Credits

We just conducted a review for one of our customers and saw that we saved a total of $16,000 over this past year.

$16,000.

Lets give that some context: This customer has a bill of about $8000 per month. We posted $16,000 in credits to their account. Credits mean that this customer was OVERBILLED INCORRECTLY totaling more than 2 months of their wireless service.

How much did they overspend on their bill?

Let’s say that again: They regularly spend $8,000 per month. We obtained credits of $16,000 in incorrect billings. They could have been billed for two extra months of service due to billing errors.

Moral of the story? Check your bills! Make sure you are getting all the credits and the charges are correct on your bill — you might be able to save 2 months of billing!
