Still feeling Robbed by your wireless carrier? You are not alone……

Its no surprise that Wireless remains one of the most complained about industries!

Somehow, right up there with erectile dysfunction and cable companies, wireless companies are one of the industries with the least satisfied customers.  We know too:  we deal with them everyday while protecting your wireless rights.

YouGov BrandIndex, the only daily brand consumer perception research service, measured 43 major brand categories from the past three months, equaling a total of 9,000 people interviewed, with a margin of error of +/- 2.5%.  The Satisfaction scores – which ask respondents who are current or former customers of the brands “Are you a satisfied customer?” — can range from 100 to -100 with a zero score meaning equal positive and negative feedback.   Wireless Providers was second to last in the lowest consumer satisfaction scores with a score of 21.2 out of 100.
